Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Since launching in 1995, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has become the preeminent early childhood book gifting program in the world. The Imagination Library mails more than 1.4 million high-quality, age-appropriate books each month to registered children from birth to age five. Positive Bright Start

Positive Bright Start offers trauma-sensitive and social/emotional development-focused preschool facilities, mental and behavioral health therapy for children, and other resources to support families and child care providers in Douglas County. 

Tenants to Homeowners

is a not-for-profit organization with over a quarter century dedicated to developing and stewarding permanently affordable, workforce housing in Lawrence, KS. TTH offers both homeownership and rental opportunities, supportive programs for homebuyer education, home-repair and creative financing. Through its network of local partner organizations TTH is continually expanding equitable, sustainable, affordable, energy efficient housing opportunities for the Lawrence community.
